I’ve recently also signed up with Teliad and only had good experiences when selling links. I got quite a few bookings in the first several weeks which don’t make you rich but generate a nice steady monthly income.

Just another information I got after creating an account on Teliad : the money they offer for a sponsored link put on your blog is quite decent. I’m just waiting to do my first sell for now.
Roughly, if a sponsored article gives you 1000 of a fictive currency, a link in a good article will give you 500, and a link in your header of footer will give 200 (which is oddly less)

I have used Teliad for a while and do like the service, one thing that is unique from other services is that they break all of your payments into 12 monthly payments instead of you getting 1 payment NET30 days after article is published. This stabilizes income for a while, but like ALL services that pay you to host sponsored posts or links, you are at risk of being penalized by Google so while I say if you need to monetize your site you should consider it an option, know that you could jeopardize your Pagerank.
I have tried Teliad but never really got into it.
I agree with Justin that you should not play with Google so every time that you buy backlinking you have to be very careful. Still, I think I have to give another chance for Teliad.
