We Blog Stalk : Nicole Luongo

When I stalked Thomas Nielsen last month, I got a very pretty comment (yes, I love comments) from a lovely lady named Nicole. What I liked about Nicole’s comment was that besides the polite request to come stalk her blog and feature it here; she was so confident about her blog and gave me a short explanation of what she does and she said this “Be proud of who you are…just because you’re YOU!”

Now I love people with confidence. They have a clear mind, they know what they want and they aren’t afraid to go get it and encourage others who are struggling to do the same!

WHO IS NICOLE LUONGO?

She is many things at one time. She is a published author of “Naked Desires” a poetry book about unrequited love. Her blog is an extension of her poetry book. She started writing poetry as a sign of her love for her boyfriend and then for the past fifteen years she has been specializing in writing poetry. The book will celebrate ten years in print in December 2012.

WHAT’S SO SPECIAL ABOUT NICOLE LUONGO?

  1. Well, the thing I absoultely loved about the site is that it has three ABOUT pages! Yes, I have trouble with one and here you have three About pages – one about the author herself, Nicole; the next one is about her poetry compilation, Naked Desires and the last one is about the blog itself.
  2. Each one is well written and gives a brilliant of idea of why you are there. Not confusing, over the top promises.
  3. She covers a wide range of topics that make so much sense. She recently wrote about Disabilities and she earns so much respect of having blogged about that. I am a Special Education student and the issue is close to my heart, I loved how she handled it.
  4. The panel of awards on the right – who doesn’t love blogging awards? Well, Nicole has quite a few of them and they are wonderfully displayed on the right! Don’t miss it!
  5. She comes on TV!

        I tried to find an email for you but couldn’t and didn’t know your FB name to send you a message via there.

        I set my blog up just over a year ago. I went through a very difficult time where I almost lost my life and launched it to help others using my experiences.     I am honored to be featured on We Blog Stalk! Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed the simplicity of my blog. The three about pages were designed so that people can easily access information about me, my book and blog. When I started blogging (nine months ago yesterday), I had no idea of where it would lead or what I would share, other than poetry.
