No problem Nicole,
In the admin panel you will see the word “Plugins” in the left bar. If you hover it you will see that “install new” is an option. There you will see a search box. Search for “Commentluv” and you will see it pop up in the list. Then click “install”. After the install you will be presented with a message, one of the links there is “activate plugin”, click that one. It should take no more setting up than that.
