    Patricia Perth Australia

  3. i knew that such sites existed, but couldn’t find any reliable one. This is great! i’ll try out my luck and see how it goes :)

  4. Kiesha,

I have just read that Hesham got a job board, i have read it two nights ago i think.

That’s a great idea since his blog is a high traffic blog. People might need it.

I haven’t checked Robyn’s since he is also very seldom updating his blog, i hope he is fine though.

The rest of the lists, i haven’t checked it yet.
Thanks for sharing the lists to your readers!

    • Kiesha Easley says:

      Hi Kimi,
Actually Robyn updates the job board regularly. I hope you’ll take a look and that you’ll find something great there. :)

  5. Thanks for the share, feels sweet to know blogging is no more just for fun. Its growing more serious business and more opportunities to enjoy!

    • Kiesha Easley says:

      Hi Suresh,
Yes, blogging is definitely turning out to be quite a serious business. That’s because there’s just so many benefits.

  6. Great post Kiesha!!! Thanks for passing along such a useful list here. Nice find!!!

  7. Thanks for the great list! I’m a freelance writer and I’ve been wanting to try some online work but I didn’t quite know where to start – now I do! Love your blog by the way :)

    • Kiesha Easley says:

      Hi Becky,
Glad you’re enjoying this blog. These sites are definitely a good place to start. It’s also a great idea to include a “Hire Me” page on your blog that highlights services that you offer and invites readers to contact you for a quote.

  8. Kiesha – Great list…I know what I’ll be doing this weekend! Thanks for sharing!

  9. Thanks for the info. Before, I only knew about famous blogger and problogger board job.

  10. Thanks for the great list! What would you say the current going rate is for a 500-700 blog post? Is per post compensation more common that paying per hour?

    • Robyn from Sam's Web Guide says:

      Hi Lauren,

It really depends on the site that you’re blogging for and how established and popular they are. The rates are usually between $8 to as much as $35 per post. You can find blog jobs that pay up to $100 per post but these are rare.

Yes per post is more popular than per hour or per word.

    • Kiesha Easley says:

      Hi Lauren,
Thanks for stopping by! Some jobs will pay you by the post – anywhere from $5 and up – it really all depends on the hiring company and your skills. There are also sites that will pay you to write reviews on your own blog. Try SponsoredReviews: http://www.sponsoredreviews.com/?aid=90020

  11. I have never given it a thought as I need to work way more on my English and my writing, but I do have some friends that could really benefit from this list.

So in their and my name – thank you.

I am amazed at so many great ideas you have here, great posts with interesting headlines and always new lists, each better than the previous one.

I would also like to add one more place to this list. You can find a lot of blogging jobs on Craiglist, although personally I have not tried any of those so I don’t know how good they are.

    • Kiesha Easley says:

      Hi Brankica!
You’re right about Craigslist – there are good jobs there, however, you have to be careful, some of those listings are scams meant to get your personal information. Avoid any emails you receive as a result that ask for credit information or social security numbers.

      • Kiesha,

this is very true about craigslist. College of content is also against people opening e-mails from people that they don’t know, and ignoring people whose Internet listings sound too good to be true. They may be potential scams, like you said, meant to get your personal information. Why don’t you write a blog post soon and talk about it :-)

  12. Great recommendations Kiesha, i agree with your words and loved the list you shared with us here. Thanks for the share.Nice Find!!!

  13. This is a great list with 2 sites I’ve never seen before. I’m curious how many readers are blogging for money? How many do it full time and how many just do it for a little extra money?

  14. Great list of Job Boards. I really like the fb and samswebguide job boards.

    Thanks for sharing.

  15. Hey Keisha,
I love the idea of job boards on blogging sites because I think it’s a really direct way to help others. With the economy the way it is we all need more ways to find jobs.

At the risk of plugging myself (I wouldn’t normally, but I saw you ask for more job board links at the end of your post), I also run a job board on my blog if you wish to add it to your list.

  16. It really interests me! Thanks for sharing with us this great list. I will take a look to these websites I didn’t know yet.

  17. Kiesha Easley says:

    Hi Rahul,
Glad that you agree that blogging is definitely on the verge of something great. Let me know if you land a cool gig – I’d love to hear about it.

  18. This good part time job opportunity for the persons who possess skill and can go for hard work. Really very paying jobs.

  19. Kiesha, I’ve collected a fairly lengthy list of places to seek writing work, but you have a few here I didn’t know about. Thanks!

  20. These are all great stuffs Kiesha, i simply loved the way you narrated this post. Thanks for sharing such an informative article here with us. Nice share!!!

  21. Hi Kiesha,

There is also a new job board at My Blog Guest, and there have been some pretty good opportunities on it already.

Also, you touched on sites that will pay you to write about them on your own blog– I wrote a post about this, with quite a few of those sites:http://writeandgetpaid.wordpress.com/2010/08/19/pay-per-post-and-sponsored-reviews/

    Hope that helps

  22. Thanks for Posting kiesha this is a great post. im not totally a great blogger, in fact i dont have idea how earn money in blogging. but your post give me an idea now. thanks for Posting and happy holiday

    • Blogging is always a good thing to do online to build business, even if you have no idea on what to blog about. If you haven’t yet installed WordPress on your Los Angeles Website, College of Content recommends you doing so, and writing 1-3 unique blog posts daily. you’ll be surprised in six months time how much additional traffic comes your website, in addition to potential phone calls coming to your office in generating new leads from the Internet, just by blogging alone :-)
