Thanks for the great video full of mouth watering content. I just started to use video myself and I’m really liking it.

I agree with your points that we can be detrimental to our own success. I think this advice shouldn’t be apply to just blogs but to everything else in life.

I have to say I think I have grown through blogging. I think it actually has made me a better communicator. I think it has actually helped me at work. Before when I would recieve an email from someone I would just answer the email. Now when I recieve an email from someone I read it like I would read a post and email back someone like I would comment on a blog. I think reading blogs and commenting on blogs has helped me to respond to people at work better.

Hi Brandon. First time commenter here. Great blog by the way. Out of those 4 things, it’s always LAZINESS that comes back to bite me. I’m so good at planning and organizing, but when it comes down to actually doing WORK, I’m so good at procrastinating. Knowing that I’ve got the other 3 down cold helps me stay positive. Now I can focus on beating that lazy bug up.

You really hit on 4 great points. You are right a lot of bloggers come on to the scene thinking they can make millions over night and when they find out it doesn’t work that way they throw in the towel. Its too bad that there are so many scams out there that make people think that it can happen.

Honestly it is tough when first starting out. I did and still do at times have that feeling of self doubt. Its not easy. I mean you sit at your computer generating posts and if no one is reading them it can get kinda lonely and make you think why am I doing this anyways. But I have to say when I create a post the best feeling is to post it and watch the comments come in. Its such a rush I really enjoy it. Its the interaction with my readers that keeps me going. I really enjoy blogging.

You have some good stuff here, I have to take a look around.

I haven’t been doing the blogging thing for a super long time at any hardcore level, now I would say I am at a completley different level than I was before.

The hard work pays off as long as you keep at it, by the looks of things lazy bloggers seem to fall out of the trees. I hate seeing blogs not updated for weeks or even months, then come back and write a welcome back post and vanish again for 2 more months. Why bother?
