Good tip on copying the comment before submitting, just used that one on a Discus site (hate Discus!).

Now if I can only remember to do it…..:-)

Excellent list Brandon. I particularly enjoyed reading “Why You Don’t Have To Like Writing To Be A Great Blogger” but all the other article that I looked at were great as well.

I purposely don’t use “nofollow” when I’m trying to show a little love for folks. I realize the implications, but my other 3 blogs are PR’s 4, 5, and 5, so I’m not too worried. Thanks for looking out for me though!

I’ve noticed, that you have tons of links everywhere and all of them are without “nofollow” attribute. That’s not good, since you ain’t getting any PR.

I’m a resource-provider by nature. When people ask me how to do something, I usually send them a link to something. I think giving away links to great resources is an integral part of my own web strategy, so I hope you enjoy….

Keith, I agree with you on this one. I like a plain comment form. One thing I do when I write a lengthy comment (and this has become habit for me) is I select and copy all of my text before hitting submit. That way if I end up having to log in (which always annoys me) I can just past the text back in without re-typing.

If I failed to copy it, I just leave, which is hopefully a lesson for bloggers about interaction.

Nice list! I clicked on one about blogging for business (which I do and am a big fan of!) and read the article then decided to comment with my input, after I wrote a long winded comment adding my point of “blogging for business” I hit submit and it told me I wasn’t “logged in”! My comment disappeared, and the early morning frustration began.

I wish more blogs would make it easier to comment. I understand the “spammers” have caused this problem, but it is really causing the “interaction” of blogging to become more difficult than it was intended. I know I am not the only one that feels this way, but needed to rant after that :-)

Thanks for the list, I will check out a couple of others that interest me (not giving up that easy!)
