I think the idea of making $10k per month needs to be the side effect of blogging, not the actual focus. Nothing wrong with making money, but it's so much nicer when we enjoy doing what we do. For a while, it seemed that blogging is "quick and easy way" to make 10k a month. But how long it takes and how many hours of hard work has to go into your blog to achieve this, was seldom mentioned!
